Alfredo of Madcap is back with his new band and line-up The Plexikill! The Plexikill’s sound is tried and true; straightforward melodic punk rock - PERIOD. You can hear their influences from past legends, such as The Jam, Stiff Little Fingers and The Buzzcocks, while also incorporating catchy hooks heard from newer acts like The Queers.
Recorded and mixed entirely on analog machines and without the aid of digital enhancement, their debut self-titled release sounds sonically amazing, to say the least. They are even said to be “one of the best punk rock bands to come out of Westbeach Recorders and Eagle Rock,” according to Pete Finestone, drummer of Bad Religion from 1981-1991.
